Individual Therapy
with Wendy Brown, MFT, CGP*
We learn about ourselves as we engage with others. Some relationships help us heal and feel better about ourselves. Therapy can help; it is designed to be a safe place to talk about everything and anything. You will come to understand yourself better as we explore what your experience has been. Working with someone who has training and experience helps you develop greater self awareness and connection with others. Usually this results in your feeling better, having more meaningful relationships and getting more out of life.
One of my specialties is helping people find and use their voice to be more themselves.

Improving connections
Present relationships are affected by important past relationships. Often this happens without our being aware of it. Psychotherapy can help you notice these influences and patterns, helping you do things differently.
I will help you:
- Learn how to be more authentically yourself in relationships
- Improve your connection with people and have more satisfying relationships
I have an expertise in helping people build more reciprocity and understanding in personal and work relationships.
